Today #22

LOST & FOUND – think about those word. Is something found and then lost or is something lost and then found. Which is better? Which is worse? I think that all depends on what we are talking about.

Something that is undesirable and lost is a blessing, Something desired and then found is rewarding. Something precious and lost can be heartbreaking, but when it is found again it is not only a relief but a chance to be grateful.

Finding something lost by another brings an entirely new perspective. Finding someone else’s treasure is exciting, you’re amazed at your good luck, but how often do stop and think about the feelings of the person who lost it. Should you try to find that person so the object can be reconnected, or do you just consider it yours now.

What a dilemma! Finders keepers, losers weepers, or for things that are undesirable maybe losers keepers, finders weepers? It all depends on the situation.

And, if you find this bit of rambling, you can keep it, or lose it!

Yes, just think about the things people hold on to. Many of them are not healthy or useful. Lots to think about.
