I have zero credibility in the world of challenges. I just cannot seem to keep it together. The only challenge I will ever win will be a procrastination challenge. But yet again, I am, back to continue this and with another challenge so there are actually two challenges.
In all fairness I have had a very busy summer and while I could have kept everything going, I chose to be a little lazy, a little relaxed, a little selfish, and just enjoy myself. I did manage a couple of trips, and spent some time with by granddaughter, did lots of walks and hikes with Andy, so it was a summer well spent. But now I am back to trying to establish a schedule, routine, and some sort of accountability for my time.
One challenge is the old challenge with changes – writing most days. I could say writing every day, but that’s not what is going to happen. This new challenge for writing/blogging includes that I will be using my new iPad Pro which I purchased and then promptly became irritated with and did not use. It is actually perfect for blogging, so that is the device I will be using. Challenge One – write often about what I am doing using the new iPad.
Now my second challenge is going to be a little more involved. I started going back to my fine arts roots last fall. I have been taking quite a few courses to determine what it is that I want to pursue as an artist. I have been very intimidated and shy about sharing my work. I love to paint, draw, and create, but don’t feel like my stuff is very good. So this challenge is to create an Instagram and an art blog to share what I am doing. Even if I just talk about art and inspiration, my goal is to do a weekly blog that showcases my thoughts, what is inspiring me and even share some of my work. Challenge Two – create an art Instagram account, and start an artist blog site.
Of course in addition to that I have my personal challenges of eating healthy, exercising, reading, streaming less media, and just being an overall nice person. Challenge Three – Be Better!
That is enough for one day — even though I know that no one reads my blog (I am so good with that) I will be posting as I create my sites, my art, and continued talking about by life!
I am turning over a new leaf – hahaha!
Can I really make it to Day 100 and how long will it take?
